We are in the business of surveys. For home buyers, landlords and renters. We offer building/condition surveys (levels 2 and 3) and snagging reports for new properties. We are well established and experienced over 13 years and counting, quality assessed and now cover England and Wales. Although we started in the North West we are spreading around the country by taking on Franchisees with qualified surveyors in specific postcode areas who will then serve their local populations by also carrying out surveys for pre-purchase of properties for home buyers, potential landlords or existing ones and snagging reports for new homes.
