We are in the business of pre-purchase surveys mostly on domestic properties, but also some standard construction commercial buildings. For home buyers, landlords and even sitting tenants, we can also survey a home you plan to sell so you know what is needed before you put it on the market. We offer condition surveys (levels 2 and 3) Home Buyer or Home Condition Surveys, Building Surveys and Snagging reports for new properties and we also offer a specialist Buy-to-Let Survey for potential investors/landlords. We are well established and experienced over 14 years and counting, quality assessed and now cover England and Wales. Although we started in the North West we are spreading around the country by taking on Franchisees appointing qualified surveyors in specific postcode areas who will then serve their local populations by also carrying out surveys for pre-purchase of properties for home buyers, potential landlords or existing tenants and snagging reports for new homes. We usually spend 2 x 3 times longer inspecting a property compared to the average surveyor and produce reports written in plain English, with no caveats and with lots of photos to show exactly what we are suggesting may be wrong with the property.
